Smyrna Rotary Scholarships
Smyrna Rotary is looking for great students and professors interested in our various ambassadorial scholarships. We need your help in identifying college students who might be great candidates for our club to sponsor for various scholarships. Should you be interested or if you know someone else who might be, then please email membership@smyrnarotary.com..
As a Future Vision Program Pilot District, District 6900 will be funding scholarships through the Rotary Foundation Global Grants process. With Future Vision, at the time a candidate applies for the scholarship:
-S/he must already be accepted or have conditional acceptance to a graduate level program in another Future Vision Pilot District.
-Host Counselor in that district must already be identified at the time of application
-S/he must be studying in one or more of Future Vision’s defined Six Areas of Focus, and must outline a service project in the study country that fits within the Six Areas of Focus and will be completed during the scholarship time.
Students must submit the Global Scholarship Grant Application to a Rotary Club within District 6900 and follow additional requirements set forth in the District 6900 information pamphlet.
